We tried these powerful shower heads in a Hilton Hotel and were impressed, so when we returned home I ordered two (one for my master bath and one for my guest suite). Both are performing outstanding! In fact, the side benefit is the significant water savings. My master bath has a roman style shower and area, water used to flood the entire floor and entry area -- now the entry area floor is nearly dry, but the force of the shower is greater than my old shower heads. Well worth the money. An excellent product easy to install and operate!

I was looking for a water saving shower head that didn't feel like a water saver.
Note that chrome and gold means 2 thin gold bands around the widest part of the head. The bulk of the head is chromed plastic.
This one washes the soap out of your hair, and feels a lot closer to the high volume shower heads of yesteryear. While it's not exactly the same as a high flow head like a Speakman, or club head, it also doesn't empty the hot water tank.
It comes with teflon tape to install it. Construction is solid, (certainly not as solid as the brass club heads) It makes a fair amount of noice. We don't use the flow valve-- everyone runs it full open.
Overall, probably the best water saver I've seen so far. It will pay for itself in short order if you have teens in the house.

I have a well-water system with low pressure and have had a hard time finding a showerhead that produces a non-wimpy shower. I've stopped looking because I bought this showerhead and have concluded that this is the showerhead for which I've been looking. It aerates the spray similar to how a bathroom sink aerates the stream (only it produces a shower and not just a sink-like water stream) and the result is greater pressure using the same or less amount of water you were using previously (compared to most showerheads, I would say). I actually had to turn the flow control back a little. The spray is nice. Not too wide, not too narrow. The connector is chrome-plated brass and is of superb quality. Good stuff. The rest of the showerhead seems like plastic; but the chrome plating on it is nice. And the two gold bands wrapping around the head create an elegant touch. Oxygenics makes similar heads having a hose and multiple spray types. But this one is what I need and is well worth the money. Good stuff. Oh, because of the air being sucked into the head to mix with the water, some people might find the showerhead a little loud. But for how nice a shower this head produces (quite refreshing), the additional noise level, for me anyway, is quite alright.

I had one of the product in my RV which has low flow rate. With the Oxygenics Head it gave a great shower. I then bought just the head for my home. Easy to install and gave a very good shower. Go get one.

I had several previous versions of this product (the earlier ones) which were very much as advertised--a tremendous savings in (hot) water plus an invigorating shower. This latest model I've used for some time and am equipping a new house in total with them. They retain the energy saving features, have more variation in the spray available and are much quieter. The extra thickness must have been used as sound insulation. The result is the most energy-efficient and comfortable shower I've seen.
