This huge 9-inch-diameter sun-shaped showerhead delivers a wide spray that feels like you are standing under a storm of pouring rain. Nozzles in the center of the head and along each of the twelve "sun rays," deliver an enveloping and relaxing shower. The elegantly designed showerhead is constructed of chrome and solid brass. It attaches to the shower pipe with an attractive S-shaped extension arm. A pivoting joint at the end of the arm lets you aim the spray in whatever direction you choose. The kit ships with showerhead, extension arm, and Teflon tape, and is easy to install and clean. One caution to people who like a hard shower: this is a water-saving attachment that conserves about 2-1/2 gallons of water per minute. As a result, this showerhead delivers a gentler spray even in homes where the water pressure is strong. This showerhead is a low cost but high quality item!!! This is an excellent gift for a house warming gift!! It feels as if your standing outside in the rain! We love it!

Before my husband and I bought this product, we went pricing around to about 3 or 4 home and garden stores to find the best large showerhead for our master bath. After looking around, we were prepared to pay about $80-$150. Then, of course, we found this one on amazon and were very skeptical since the price was incredibly low. Boy we were wrong...this product is great!
First off, in the product description, it explaines that the showerhead mimics pouring rain and is not "high pressured"...for us, this was wrong. This showerhead actually increased our water pressure in our upstairs bathroom and we were pleasantly surprised. Also, the piping that comes with the product snakes upward, so my husband (who is over 6 ft) was able to comfortably take a shower without having to slouch to get is head wet.
And putting it together was a snap. Well, I didnt do it, my husband did, but it only took him 5 minutes to change out the old showerhead to the Pollenex, and if he can do it in 5 minutes anyone can!
We loved this product so much, that we bought a second one for our guest shower, and because they're so cheap, we're going to buy them as gifts for our parents!
If you've been in the market for a large showerhead, this is the one to go for. It's so cheap, looks sharp and works great and the feeling you get while taking a shower is worth more than $40. We would've gladly paid $150 for this product.
Added bonus: It claims to be a water saver too. 2.5 gallons saved in 1 minute. Awesome!!!

It's bigger than you think it is going to be. Or at least bigger than I thought it was going to be. I even looked at a ruler before ordering and it still surprised me how big it is.
Once you get over how ludicrusly big it looks, you will love it. It makes for a great shower, very nice, and low-flow! Only 2.5 gallons a minute. But as others have mentioned, if you like a high power shower head this is not the one for you.

This shower head provides a very gentle rain like shower. It is easy to wash hair and body without moving around to stay in shower spray.
